The Newmarket legion received $139,400 from the Trillium Foundation to make the veterans’ club more accessible to those with special needs. From left in front are Inga Lubbock of theTrillium Foundation, Newmarrket Mayor Tony Van Bynen, Newmarket-Aurora MPP Frank Klees, Newmarket Regional Councillor John Taylor, legion project co-ordinator Ed Beniston, Newmarket Councillor Larry Blight and legion president Wayne Hooey.
