A memorial and lecture is Monday in honour of the late Rabbi Levi Bailo.

Psychotherapist Yisroel Ed Susskind is to speak at the 3rd annual event. His topic is introspection and overcoming tragedy.

The Memorial takes place at Chabad Lubavitch of Markham, 83 Green Ln. in Thornhill at 8 p.m.
