The Newmarket Hurricanes forward scored four goals and had seven points Thursday night to lead his side to a wild 8-6 victory over the

Toronto Jr. Canadiens in an Ontario Junior Hockey League Central Division game at the Ray Twinney Complex.

The victory enabled the Hurricanes to move into a share for fourth place in the Central Division with Toronto.

The game marked the debut for newly acquired netminder Jason Guy, formerly of the London Knights in the Ontario Hockey League, who faced 41 shots in recording the win.

Chad Sumsion chipped in with one goal and four assists for Newmakret which led 7-3 in the third period before Toronto rallied to within one goal.
